🧀 Ingredients:
*For the Paneer Tikka:*
- 200g paneer (cubed)
- 2 tbsp thick curd
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
*For the Pizza:*
- 1 pizza base (store-bought or homemade)
- 2–3 tbsp pizza sauce or makhani sauce
- ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ onion (chopped)
- ½ tomato (chopped)
- Capsicum (optional)
- Coriander or mint leaves for garnish
🍳 Instructions:
1. *Marinate Paneer:*
- Mix curd, spices, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add paneer cubes, mix well, and marinate for 20–30 minutes.
2. *Cook Paneer:*
- Sauté marinated paneer in a little oil for 5–6 minutes or bake at 200°C until golden.
3. *Assemble Pizza:*
- Spread pizza sauce over the base.
- Add a layer of cheese.
- Top with cooked paneer, onions, tomatoes, and capsicum.
4. *Bake:*
- Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Bake the pizza for 10–12 minutes or until cheese melts and edges are crisp.
5. *Garnish & Serve:*
- Sprinkle coriander or mint.
- Slice and enjoy hot!
